この手のある種”安直”なタイトルの本は基本的には手に取りません。

今回この本を読んでみたのは、とある機会に
この著者の講演を聞く機会があって、その講演を聞く前に読んでおきました。
書いてあることは、全体的には
「まぁそうも言えるよね、そういう手法もあるよね」という感じで
あまりピンとこない感じもありましたが、
一方の講演自体はかなり感銘を受けました。
この方が講演の中で言っていた
「プレゼンテーション力の向上は仕事の”勝率”を上げる」に納得。

チーム力向上のためのハウツーに多くのページを割いて書かれていますが、
個人的には前半の導入部分、
「今チーム術が求められている理由＝２４時間働ける時代は終わった」が
興味深かったです。
本書では１０ページくらいのページしか割かれていませんでしたが、
講演では１時間のうち半分以上をこの部分について掘り下げていました。
社会・企業・仕事・個人の変化に伴い、
今まで我々が実施してきた（されてきた）マネジメント術が通用しなくなる。
この部分をもっと吸収できれば、チーム術ノウハウもスムーズに腹に落とせたかも。

長時間労働とチームマネジメントに悩む同業（システム関連）の方は
多いと思いますが、いくつかのヒントは得られそうです。
具体的な手法を説く後半部分よりも、
色々な工夫をなぜしなければいけないか、
という前半部分を特にオススメしてみたいです。
