先だっての「挫折力」に引き続き、帯の「何度失敗しても必ずブレイクスルーする生き方に学べ」というフレーズに惹かれて購入。世間では色々言われている二人だけど、実際のところどういう考え方を持っているのだろう？という興味もありました。
結論から言えば期待していた「突破力」については特に示唆なし。ホリエモンは確かに大きな失敗をやらかして以降もはいつくばって生き残ってはいるが、失敗から何かを学んだというよりも、言い訳をしてるだけ。曰く「嫉妬した部下が裏切った」だもんなぁ。所々にもちろん面白いエッセンスはあったんですが、タイトルが内容表してないよなぁ、という感じです。
世の中のマクロ的な動向に対しての言説はそこそこ興味深く読めました。が、僕自身基本的に天下国家・政治経済については普段無関心なので、「へぇ」以外の感想は出ず。情けないことですが。日本には今どうしようもない閉塞感が漂っているというのはよくわかったんだけど、それに対して個々人としてのアプローチが「夢を持て」、じゃなぁ。
一方で勝間さんについて。この人のロジカルな語り口は嫌いじゃないです。著書はちょっと癖のあるものが多いですが（３冊くらい読んだ）、「お金は銀行に預けるな」という新書は、語り口調もロジックも割と肌にあって、マネー音痴の僕にとっても非常に分かりやすいものでした。相変わらず銀行に預けたままですが（笑）。本書でもホリエモンに比べてバランス感覚のある発言が多く好感が持てました。もうちょっと見直してみようか。まぁでも今や一昔前の人だよな。。
